I found this advert on pages 1 & 2 of the 'Guernsey Evening Press & Star' dated 27th February 1903:
“COLUMBIA EXTRA LOUD HIGH SPEED RECORDS, 1s. 6d. EACH, 18s. DOZ. Our Graphophone is unequalled at the price. F. FOOT (Phonograph Dept.), 6, PITT STREET, JERSEY.”
...and this piece on page 3 of the same edition:
“Mr. F. Foot, 6, Pitt Street, Jersey, makes a speciality of cheap graphophones, and also sells “Columbia” extra loud, high speed records, which are offered at current prices.”
...plus this advert in the 'Jersey Evening Post' dated 23rd January 1908:
“TETRAZZINI RECORDS are a revelation. Come and hear this famous Prima Donna at F. FOOT'S Talking Machine Department, 6, PITT STREET, JERSEY.”
