I found this advert in the 'Bromley & West Kent Mercury' dated 13th December 1935:

“CYCLES, RECORDS, TOY MOTORS, PRAMS, SCOOTERS. F. C. ROCKLIFF, 3, Station Parade, Tweedy Road, Bromley North.”
