In 1971 Debenhams rather cleverly converted part of the large delivery area in Minster Street into a record shop called Just In, suitably named so as to entice buyers of a progressive rock persuasion to visit them! It closed in 1974.

Comment: I used to go there about 1972/73 and remember buying some Creedence Clearwater Revival records there.

I found this piece in the 'Eastbourne Herald' dated 15th September 1979: “Debenhams have linked with glamour singer, 22-year-old Sonia James, in promoting her newest single, 'Just In Love', which is now available on the Creole label. In addition to the record, Debenhams will be using both the music and singer for the promotion of their 'Just In' boutiques throughout the country. The disc will be on sale in all major record retailers and Debenhams own record departments. Debenhams thought it appropriate to use a hit record, tailored to their market, in their radio commercials for 'Just In'.”
