I found this advert in the 'Chatham Standard' dated 16th August 1960: “A. Cooper & Sons Ltd. - YOUR BUSH DEALERS. SALES and SERVICE at 340 HIGH STREET, CHATHAM. Telephone: 42413.”
… and this advert in the 'Kent Evening Post' dated 3rd December 1971: “COOPER’S 'Kent's Leading Record Shop' RECORDS FOR ALL TASTES, MUSICASSETTES, ACCESSORIES, etc. 340 High Street, Chatham.”
