Great local record shop through the 70s and 80s New and second hand … always suspected it was a chart shop as it had the double packs, autographed 12”s and the like. Got all my first Tamla reissues there … my first purchase was a showaddywaddy single “a little bit of soap” as a boy in 78 but I don’t hold that against them. Got my interest in Northern Soul from the guy that worked there – selling me red vinyl 12” of Gloria Jones and the like. Gone but not forgotten … deserves a mention!
