… also this advert in the 16th April 1965 edition: “JUNIOR Assistant required to learn record trade. — Apply: Manageress, Carousel Record Sales, 14 Allhallows, Bedford.”
… and this in the 3rd December 1965 edition: “RECORDS – Are you interested in Classical Music? Assistant (female) wanted in classical department of large record shop in Bedford. Previous experience not essential. Apply: Manageress, Carousel Record Sales. Tel. Bedford 68831.”

I found this piece in the 'Saffron Walden Weekly News' dated 25th November 1966: “RECORD FAYRE have gained experience from their successful shops at Northwood in Middlesex, Finchley in North London and their associate Company, CAROUSEL in Bedford.”
